EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY ISN'T JUST ABOUT RECORDING WHAT HAPPENS.


It's about seeing the moments within it. The conversations, reactions, connections and emotion that tell the story of your event.

Our approach is observational and unobtrusive when the event needs. We anticipate rather than interrupt, and we know when to step in and direct a photograph when the brief requires.


PHOTOGRAPHY THAT FITS THE EVENT


An event only happens once. We work around your schedule, your priorities and the way the event actually unfolds. We take the brief seriously, understand what you need the photographs to achieve and make sure we capture the people, moments and details that matter.


Before the event, we'll discuss what you need from the photography, the key moments and people, and how and when you'll use the images. On the day, we'll work with the event rather than getting in its way.


For events where speed matters, we can also provide on-site editing and rapid image delivery, so that you can use your photographs while the event is still happening.

Afterwards, we carefully curate, professionally edit and deliver through an online gallery. We retain a backed-up copy of your finished images for two years, giving you a secure archive when you need it.


You concentrate on running the event. We'll concentrate on photographing it.

FAQ

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?

We regularly work throughout the UK and across Europe. Travel within our local area is included, but normally for larger events or those further afield, we'll agree on travel and expenses with you in advance.

CAN YOU WORK FROM A BRIEF OR SHOT LIST?

Absolutely. If there are particular people, moments, sponsors, products or details you need photographed, we'll incorporate them into the plan. We'll also use our experience to identify opportunities that aren't on the list.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH AN EVENT ON YOUR OWN?

Yes. We're comfortable working independently and unobtrusively, so you can focus on running the event. For larger or more complex events, we can discuss additional coverage if required.

CAN YOU PROVIDE IMAGES DURING THE EVENT?

Yes, where the event and requirements make this appropriate. We can provide on-site editing and rapid image delivery for events where photographs need to be available while the event is still taking place.

HOW QUICKLY WILL WE RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS?

Normally, within one week. If you have a specific deadline, tell us when you plan the event, and we'll agree on what is achievable. For some events, we can provide selected images much sooner.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIKE HAVING THEIR PHOTOGRAPH TAKEN?

Yes. Our observational approach means we can often capture people naturally, without asking them to perform for the camera. When a more formal portrait is needed, we'll guide people through it and keep the process relaxed.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH OUR BUSINESS AS WELL AS OUR EVENTS?

Absolutely. Our Your Brand service provides one-off photography for your people, workplace, products, services and marketing. If you need photography throughout the year, Your Brand Relationship provides an ongoing photography partnership with a planned annual photography allocation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR EVENT CHANGES OR RUNS OVER?

Events don't always go according to plan. We'll work with you to accommodate reasonable changes where we can. If we need additional photography time, we'll agree on the additional cost with you before proceeding, wherever possible.
